Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining the Midstoppers Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program offered by Midstoppers LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Midstoppers”) and form a binding agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and Midstoppers.

By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Enrollment in the Program

To begin enrollment, you must complete and submit an affiliate application via our website affiliate portal. We review all applications and reserve the right to approve or reject any applicant for any reason, including if your website, social media, or promotional content is deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the Midstoppers brand.

 

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

a) Be at least 18 years old.

b) Have a valid email address, account on Midstoppers.com to receive store credit and PayPal or bank account to receive payments.

c) Operate a website, social media page, or other platform that complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We do not accept affiliates who promote hate speech, discrimination, illegal products, adult content, or misleading claims.

 

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Once accepted, you will receive a unique referral link or code to promote Midstoppers products. You are responsible for ensuring your links are properly formatted.

We use Social Snowball to attribute sales. Only purchases made through your unique link or code will qualify for commission.

 

4. Commissions and Payments

Commission rates are stated on your affiliate dashboard or in your welcome email.

Commissions are earned on net sales (excluding taxes, discounts, shipping, and returns).

Payments are issued quarterly, typically within 30 days after the end of the month; or upon request.

A minimum payout threshold of $25 applies.

If a sale is refunded, disputed, or cancelled, corresponding commissions will be deducted from future payouts.

Midstoppers reserves the right to modify commission rates or payment terms at any time with notice.

 

5. Promotional Guidelines

You may promote Midstoppers through your website, social media, email newsletters, and other approved channels. However, you may not:

a) Misrepresent Midstoppers products or make false claims.

b) Use spam, unsolicited emails, or paid traffic that violates platform terms.

c) Use Midstoppers’ name, logo, or trademarks in domain names, paid search ads, or impersonation accounts.

d) Offer discounts, giveaways, or incentives not approved by Midstoppers.

e) Post, promote, or submit your affiliate code or link on any coupon, deal, rebate, or discount website (including but not limited to RetailMeNot, Honey, Rakuten, CouponCabin, or similar).

f) Share or distribute your affiliate code in any way intended to capture customers already in the purchase process (e.g., posting in comment sections, coupon databases, or browser extension tools).

 

5.1 Generic or Guessable Coupon Codes

To protect the integrity of our brand and promotions:

Affiliates may not create or request coupon codes that are overly generic, easily guessed, or similar to typical sitewide promotions, such as “WELCOME10,” “GET20,” “SAVE15,” or “MIDSTOPPERS10.”

Coupon codes must be unique to the affiliate, brand-aligned, and approved by Midstoppers before use.

Any unapproved or generic code that appears to confuse customers or overlap with official Midstoppers promotions may be disabled without notice, and related commissions may be forfeited.

Violating these promotional restrictions may result in withheld commissions and immediate termination from the Program.

All promotions must comply with FTC disclosure requirements, meaning you must clearly disclose that you receive commissions for purchases made through your links.

 

6. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our logos, product images, and marketing materials solely to promote Midstoppers.

You may not alter, resell, or claim ownership of any Midstoppers intellectual property.

 

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using affiliate links and Midstoppers materials. Any unpaid commissions for qualified sales prior to termination will be paid according to standard payout schedules.

Midstoppers reserves the right to withhold commissions or remove an Affiliate from the Program if fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited promotional activity is detected.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Midstoppers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or data) arising from the Program.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

 

9. Independent Contractor Relationship

You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of Midstoppers. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

 

10. Modification

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on Midstoppers.com or communicated via email. Continued participation in the Program after such updates constitutes acceptance.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.
