Welcome to our returns and exchanges guide.

We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

  • If you used Checkout+:
    • Return shipping is free. If you’re returning an item for any reason covered by our policy, we’ll cover the cost of the return label.
  • If you did not use Checkout+:
    • You’ll be responsible for the cost of the return label. The label cost will be deducted from your refund, or charged to your original payment method, depending on the return method you choose at the time of initiation.

We always cover the cost to ship you an exchange item.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a stained or damaged item, you will not receive a full refund. Depending on the level of staining we may offer you the ability to pay to have it shipped back to you, a partial or possibly no refund.

Exchanges

You can initiate an exchange request here within 30 days of your purchase. Please note: exchanges are not supported for purchases made through Facebook or Instagram. 

Items being returned or exchanged must be sent back with tags on, clean and in sellable condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Once received at our warehouse, exchanges will be processed before getting accepted which can take up to 1 week. Once we approve your item for exchange, we will ship your new items free of charge (within the U.S.A. 48 contiguous States), for one round of exchanges. Multiple exchanges of the same product(s) will be subject to return and outgoing shipping fees. 

Returns

If you decide that our gear just isn't working for you, initiate a return here within 30 days of receiving the item to request your return. Once received at our warehouse, returns must be processed before getting accepted which can take up to 1 week. If the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 


Refunds

You'll receive an email confirming your refund once this has been completed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@midstoppers.com.

Warranties

We offer a 60-day warranty on any Midstoppers knickers or socks. Those claims can also be made in our customer portal.Â
